A morning skin care routine is wonderful, and we highly recommend it.
During the night however, this is when your skin cells divide and when the skin gets to repair itself.
Having a night skin care routine will enhance this process and help you enjoy smoother, fresher and younger-looking skin.
Your skin care routine at night doesn’t need to be complicated.
We always recommend that you start out by cleansing.
If you use makeup, first wipe your face off with a wet wipe.
Make sure you’re wiping off every corner of your face so that you don’t have makeup hiding in corners of your face.
Even if you don’t use makeup, a wipe is effective at taking away excess oils and dead skin that has accumulated during the day.
Follow this up with a facial cleanser like these ones and then rinse off well with water.
Once you’ve wiped off your face, it is time to moisturize.
There are two things you can do at this point.
You can use a natural moisturizer like hyaluronic acid.
Hyaluronic acid is found naturally in your skin and is responsible for helping create new skin skills.
Adding hyaluronic acid to your night-time routine will help to boost this process.
Alternatively, you can use a moisturizer with retinol.
Retinol helps to fight visible signs of aging.
If you’re worried about lines and wrinkles, this is a perfect opportunity for you to treat your skin and reduce them.
Applying a moisturizer with retinol or hyaluronic acid will enhance the natural process of healing and repair that are already taking place in your skin at night.
Once you’re done with your moisturizer, it is time to get your beauty sleep!
