Mandi Hearron

Mandi has been practicing aesthetics since 2005 and joined Dermatological Association in 2008. She has extensive experience and training in a variety of cosmetic procedures and products. As a Medical Esthetician, she works closely with our board certified dermatologists to find the best skin care regimen and treatments for each and every patient. She performs a variety of cosmetic procedures including chemical peels, photofacials, microdermabrasion and laser hair removal. Mandi’s expertise in cosmetic dermatology is evident by the numerous highly satisfied patients she has treated. When she is not working, Mandi enjoys relaxing at home, reading and enjoying outdoor activities. 

Caitlin Kondo

Caitlin was born and raised in Washington and moved to Texas in 2004. Caitlin finished her medical esthetics training in 2005, and she joined Dermatological Association of Texas in 2009. As a medical esthetician she performs a variety of cosmetic procedures including chemical peels, photofacials, microdermabrasion and laser hair removal.  Patients find Caitlin kind, attentive and very responsive to any concerns that may arise. Always eager to learn, she is constantly learning the newest cosmetic techniques and procedures available. Caitlin is easy to get along with and she works diligently with our dermatologists to offer the best possible treatment.  In addition, she enjoys exercising, outdoor activities, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
